I think this is the next DX after HT killed the Ace Toyz Keaton thread and this interview.

And the fact that the last DX was The Joker and the two characters have been paired back to back in the line since the beginning of time.

I doubt it would be any time soon though. Maybe around the summer, SDCC or August perhaps.

Yeah I think that the Batman Returns Batman will be announced next too. It makes sense to pair him and The Joker together again. It's been a long time since the announcement of the DX14 though damn. It was in June of last year already, hopefully Batman is somewhat soon.

Can't wait!!! The movie accurate Penguin will be awesome. But the license I'm truly stoked about is the Arkham license! I pre-ordered the most recent Harley Quinn 1/6 scale figure that should be shipping in about two weeks, but the Asylum Harley Quinn that Carlos D'Anda designed is my favorite and I really hope that's one of the figures they do.

Definitely a custom, the eyes aren't even painted straight.

The details seem too crisp to be 1:6.
If Hot Toys' version actually turns out similar to that, there's no way I won't be getting one.

Look at the mouth, looks too real for a figure and Hot Toys doesn't have capes as thin as that. You can even see a double ridge on the edge of the cape.
