Oops yep, too many i, but it is possible that this is a mk vii and the iron man/war machine armor is mk viii

The way stark goes through these things in large battles it wouldn't surprise me that he has a different armor at the end of the movie.

I am now 100% on the Mark VII being based on the Mark III for some reason. I also think it's pretty hideous… but if it's ugly for a reason that will make me like it. Not unlike the Mark V. It's not so much the design of the suit as just the distribution of silver, gold, and red. Looks so garish.

I also really hope that the Hulk's face looks pretty much exactly like the comic-con painting as I love the way he looks in that and he hasn't really looked like that in other promo artwork.
