I can see them doing everyone would seem foolish to not from a money making point of view, i think this is the reason they are holding off with loki

If they do everyone, I hope they come out in this order:
Loki
Thor
Hawkeye
Iron Man
Black Widow
Captain America
Nick Fury
Hulk

I can totally see a bunch of the characters not really having the sales numbers to justify a release. No idea if that's the case but it feels "true".

They have to already have his likeness rights; so I can see it happening.

Just because you make an actor from one movie doesn't mean you own his likeness rights forever. Most likley they were included with the movie license to begin with (very common these days but not before the original Star Wars did movies start doing that). Most likely they are inlcuded with the Avengers/Marvel Film license they have. And plus Sam likes Action Figures of himself so he wouldn't say no anyway. The only people who need convincing we need Fury is HT right now.

I was going to say that, but didn't feel like typing that much. People don't seem to understand likeness rights, which I can't blame them for since it's kinda confusing. Depending on the actor's studio contract sometimes it's included in a IP license and sometimes you have to acquire it separately.

I think that's what makes doing Matrix stuff so hard. None of the likeness licensing comes with the IP license. Even if the actor is willing, it still means you have to pay the core IP licensing fees AND the actor likeness licensing fees. Any of the Marvel movies though, my guess would be they included likeness licensing in the actor's contracts since they obviously would want to merchandise that stuff to the moon.

:goodpost:Especially now that Marvel is owned by Disney, the merchandising Kings.

Thor looks so dreamy.

From what little you can see there, RDJ does indeed appear to be in the Mark VI armor.

Hah, well it's Ultimare Nick Fury so maybe ;)

Banner is looking a bit like Gary Oldman as Beethoven.

I'm more into Alexander Skarsgård as far as sexy male vikings go. Which, his dad is in both Thor and Avengers. I'm also into making people here as uncomfortable as possible. Is it working yet?

Yeah definately he's wearing MK VI there but i'll bet he has a ccouple more new MKs in the movie.....

Totally. I still am betting the Mark 7 is directly based on the Mark III. The reason why is totally guesswork, but the design clearly indicates that in a big way imo.

The color scheme of the IV is based on the III's color scheme but the shapes are totally different and what does any of that have to do with the Mark 7?

I was thinking about six for some reason. Never been strong in Latin :lol:slap
