I had repaint all the armors (included mask) with silver color.

This original HT's mask looks not so accurate...
Now waiting for Taylerdurdem's custom Scar mask, then all will be perfect!

Anyone notice something odd about the way the armor is painted, though? The other parts (including the packaging) look legit, but the armor is usually black with some silver highlights, whereas this is all-silver with a slight black wash.

Agreed, That armour should be a lot darker, Unless the flash\lighting is making it look lighter ?
This even with my flash it's way darker then your armour:

I like it, personally. Looks almost exactly like the prototypes, which would've made amazing production line figures.

My only gripe about them is that the diamonds on the netting are much too small. The kind they ended up using was much better.

I have to agree with you , normally when an original piece is altered it looses it value , unless you do an excellent job like silver surfer or elder predator does

Did anyone noticed that all ht predator release are short and bulky with all their armor on...? I mean, pred are lean tall right? Ht didn't get the height correct and the proportion is off....before u all shoot me, I Lille avp, pred etc....
