Ive not worked since 2009.. And ive got an empire of figures and Predator props! (And i dont sign on)

Theres ways and means to get moneys!

Why are all of you getting rid of the the AVP predators so fast? Its not like Hot Toys is going to release the new ones that fast. It'll probably be at least 2-3 years before you'll have a full set of AVP predators again on display. I guess it'll happen but just feels like they deserve a little more shelf life haha...

I guess if money is more important than your need to have them (as they are in their current state - with "inaccuracies" and rocking the soon to be "obsolete" design) then to "recoup" or "flip" (depending on when you purchased them) it makes sense to sell them at some point. I just don't see the replacements coming that soon though. Of course I could be wrong and Hot Toys will make me eat my words in like 6 months lol...

Plus, I'm pretty sure Hot Toys first re-released AVP Predator will be a 1/4 Scar and not 1/6.

I think both 1:6 and 1:4 will come out at a very similar time to 1 another. I can see 1:6 P2 coming out the later end of Summer but nearing the end of the year the annual conventions will be displays of Scar 1:6 and Scar 1:4 together

It's really a space issue for me actually. With HT releasing all this new stuff and remaking stuff and me dabbing into statues a bit, 6 detolfs just doesn't cut it anymore especially if I want to diversify a collection a bit more. I still love the AVP figures I'm keeping. Fall in love with my Asia Ancient every time I look at it. But having every AVP Pred became a bit too excessive for me.

I really want to remove the wires from one of my Scar heads to make it easier to pose and movie his head around. Anyone remember that tutorial from a long time ago on how it was done? If so please link me!
