Doesn't it have green led panels on the under the car as well or am I not remembering it correctly?

That for sure is there in Part II, I'm not sure if it is in the first film though. I sort of think it was added in 2015 when Doc had the hover conversion done. I think the lights on the underside of the car may be landing indicators but I may be wrong.

i think its the amount of detail your paying for on the car basically. There is a lot. However I do agree $700 is a bit steep but it could have been worse. Judging by the price of ht figures nowadays it isn't that bad. Its only double the price of the hot toys Robocop figure.

Don't know what all this clamouring for the delorean from the second movie is about to be honest. The delorean from the first movie is the iconic delorean(for me anyway). That whole scene where marty is first introduced to the delorean in the car parking lot and we see the car coming out of the back of the step van is magical.
