Did anyone buy it there? Was it for sale at the toy fair...? If it was an exclusive than it should have been for sale like the unpainted R2D2 .I'm sure it will come eventually. I have ver 1 but I have room and money for the second one.

It was 1st shown in 2015 and SSC thought it would be coming out last year. Just a mistake on their part thinking they have any idea what HT is doing

Ok I can say I am more of a movie fan 1st and collector 2nd, after seeing like a hundred of actual BTTF Delorean pic and watching documentries, I can confirm that Hot Toys got the color wrong for the front and back upper part bumpers. Its supposed to be metallic gray not gold metallic.So I decided to make mine more movie accurate with the help of my reliable airbrush and some reference pics. I think for the good amount of money we paid for these, we all want our collectible to be as accurate as possible.

Its such a pity hot wheels didn't follow up on the elite delorean. Got all the parts to make a 3 in 1 delorean and had so much more light and sound features instead of the hot toys. Even has led flux bands. Why couldn't hot toys have included that on the 1/6th version? Anyways I was planning on getting that instead of the hot toys delorean

With a Tamiya Airbrush. The finish is smooth and clean.

So happy with the results, at least now it's more accurate to the film:
