Around this time of year HT announces their licences for 2012 at a show with a catalog listing them. It'll be hard to top a year with 89 Batman, MGS and Star Wars announced.

Something like Blade Runner, Die Hard, The Matrix, Batman Returns, or LOTR would kick my ass.

Forgot about that. Would love BR and Die Hard.

Excited to see what they do have.

I think so...I know they are opening their flagship store Toy Sapiens on the 10th, might hand out new catalogs then. Every year, it only takes one pic of the two-page spread of the new licences to set this place on fire. I remember last Xmas Eve was when I first saw that pic of the 89 Bat symbol...good times.

HT told me there's no way in hell they'd ever make BTTF. They have no interest in that movie.

But they did say they like "Gremlins".

That is the silliest thing i have heard all day, why on earth would they not do a license that would make them a ____ load of money, Gremlins ? that a joke ? hope so

Aww, they NAILED the Ghostbusters in 12" so totally....NOT. Imagine Marty and Doc by Mattel.......:rotfl

Problem with BTTF is it's all about the likeness, no cool backpacks or devices/add-ons to carry the fig if the head is a disaster.

I hope Dan Ackroyd had some of his Skull Vodka on hand when Matty shipped him that 12" Stantz.
I'm with you on the twelve inchers. But I was really excited about the prospect of 6 inch BTTF figures. Oh, well. . .
