Ah, so they'll probably be pretty expensive to acquire at this point.

It's too bad that fists aren't part of the generic Truetype hand set - you'd think that it's a versatile and common enough position for an action figure hand that they would be.

Mag is that the Scarecrow suit or TTL? It looks really great in that pose!

TTL. :)

In the film, does Scarecrow shoot the fear toxin from his right or left arm when he uses the fist?

I was afraid someone might ask that. He does it out of his RIGHT arm at the beginning of TDK. But right now I'm using a right hand that would work well for holding a briefcase.

I'm not a fan of the flat hands that come with the newer TT bodies. Fists would be a lot more useful.

Thanks Maglor. I actually caught that on a Youtube video earlier. I bought a single right fist from one of the Goemon guys so I can pose him that way periodically. I just hope the skin tone isn't too off from the other hand.

Haha. The upsetting thing is that I actually do have exactly the right white, pinstripe shirt to use for Crane if I wanted, but it's currently being used for my custom Gordon - which is literally standing right next to my unmasked Crane on my shelf display!

It's bugging me now, every time I look up, seeing them standing side-by-side, tempting me to switch their shirts.

The thing is, I've got Gordon with his coat open and Crane has his closed (since the snaps make it pretty much impossible to have it any other way). So the pinstripe shirt would be kind of wasted on Crane, since it'd only be visible at the collar - and I think it gives Gordon a lot of character and makes him a bit more unique, as far as generic suit looks go.

They're bidding and if they win they retract. When they retract, their bid is deleted then they bid again, a dollar less then what the highest bidder has put in.

This makes the highest bidder pay the most.

That's just wrong, anyway you look at it. Here's an example.

Tick-Tock, you put in $370 dollars as your maximum bid. The current bid is $300, but nobody can see that you put in $370.

I come in and bid with only a minute to go. I bid $400 dollars. I'm currently winning, you're losing. I can now see that you put in $370 as your maximum bid.

With 30 seconds to go, I quickly retract my bid. Now you are winning again. Your bid is $370 and the current bid is $300.

NOW, I've just retracted and I bid again, this time $368 or $369 for good measure.

I just made you pay $370 dollars because I KNEW that's what you put in. Had I not interfered, you would have gotten it for $300.

That. Is. Wrong.

What makes it WORSE is that the person doing this could be a friend of the seller, or THE SELLER with another account. It seems very likely considering a good bulk of these auctions have this problem occurring.

looking make at this older post and made me think twice about bidding to high, didnt know about the retract

Yeah, you just gotta make sure you know how much you want to pay and never bid higher than that. If you do that, even if they try to retract, you'll either pay within the range you wanted to or not pay at all. Think of it like this - what is the highest "Buy It Now" price you'd be willing to commit to?
