Wow, talk about fast shipping! I paid for this last night, and got the following when I enter the tracking number into USPS.com:

Status: Delivered

Your item was delivered at 11:55 am on March 29, 2010 in ROCKVILLE, MD 20851.

So fast, they actually delivered it a couple months ago! But wait a minute. . .I don't live in Maryland! :panic: :panic: :panic:
So I got a reply from amiami, and no ____, this was their response:

"Looking at the tracking, it seems the USPS may have mistakenly delivered it elsewhere.
We apologize for the inconvenience but please try contacting your local post office for more information."

WTF?

That's bs. I hope you're able to get it cleared up either with Amiami or USPS. Sorry to hear that happened to you.

Actually, I entered the info. into the Japan EMS site after getting that response and it looks fine. It was just the USPS site that was giving me that info. for some reason. Still, I thought their response was pretty funny.

That is odd. I've bought a lot of Godzilla collectibles from Japan using EMS and the tracking is pretty good through their website. I don't think I ever checked the USPS site for the EMS number as I think you can track the entire progress of the package through the EMS website if memory serves me.

Yeah, when I've gotten a EMS tracking info, the usps never really coincides with the EMS info, but the EMS will be pretty accurate up to the point its delivered on my door via a usps carrier. probably still in transit, (well its gotta be since you don't have it yet)

The only reason I used USPS was because they sent the following when it was shipped: "The parcel's online tracking information is available at Japan Post website (below) or your country's post office website." I figured it would be easiest to use what I was familiar with, and I was a bit confused when i saw that tracking info. Anyway, now I know. . .
