Hot Toys - Batman Returns 1/6th scale Batmissile Collectible Vehicle

HT is an unpredictable maker.
This is maybe the last vehicle I’ve thought they would produce.
I’ve got 0 interest in the Returns line but I have to admit that, next to the 89 Batmobile, it would be a sick display!
But it seems that Joost is also interested in making this version… The war is declared…

Is Jazzinc still interested by doing the Batmissile one day?
Or all hope is dead for a 1/6 scale if this vehicle?

And for the Batskiboat, any hope at all of it ever being made?

Yes, i'am all in for the 89 Batcave!

For the rest , at least,i'll keep hoping....

And i really really hope that the 1/12 1989 Batwing doesn't meet the same end as this Batmissile...
That would be a very huge disappointment...

That bat ski boat in all reality is huge compared to the other Batman vehicles, it will be interesting to see if they make it, but if joost goes forward with the batmissile, It’ll be my first one, I always miss out on the preorders either way LOL. Might as well catwoman since hot toys is backing out of the returns line once again.

OK, I have to give Sideshow some credit - they've already put the $100 in rewards I used on this back into my account.

They just sent out an email for an extra additional discount, I’m worried that if I preorder the Batman and robin figures will get canceled if I put my money towards those two LOL

Yeah they sent their usual discount off of in-stock products, meanwhile the Thank You code I have that worked on the new T-800 pre-order yesterday no longer works on it today (I was going to order it this morning). So I'll be ordering the T-800 elsewhere, thank you very much. Sideshow giveth then Sideshow taketh away lol...

It was probably a one time use, it's happened before on other retailers, if you have time follow up with their customer service for another code.

Nah, it was my fault for not using it yesterday. There's a quirk in the Sideshow system - if you have a Thank You code and a new pre-order drops (in this case the T-800), there's usually a short window (a day or so) where the new item is eligible for the code before they go in and remove it. I wasn't planning on ordering from them until they gave me back the reward points from the Batmissile. But alas I didn't get around to it in time.

Regarding the Bat vault, I don’t recall it being done before - only as a small custom run, and they weren’t super accurate. Would love to have a proper one to pair with my Alfred.

I was one of the 5. I guess that’s one less “Static” Batman figure I’ll have to buy from JazzInc.

liked the weathering on the HT prototype.

I would have been satisfied with just the Batmissle and 89 Batmobiles (own both HT & Jazz) and probably would skip getting a 92 Returns Batmobile (if Jazz offered it).

The vault could be a nice “deluxe” pack-in with an Alfred figure, if need be. Similar to Catwoman’s “Hell Here” diorama.

The bat vault would be perfect. Kinda like Catwoman’s “Hell Here” diorama. Kinda compact and manageable.
