So they updated the sculpt, this time we are also getting interchangeable mouth plates and, the ******* batcard!! Guys really put some effort in this one as compared to the Kilmer figure.

Even though I find Clooney’s Batman as the weakest film version (though still nostalgic to a certain degree), the figure looks really good and surprisingly not one derpy looking mouthpiece thankfully. Hopefully production doesn’t screw that up.

I do wonder if it would even be possible to pry the mask off of this version of Robin and replace it with the mask from the Forever version to get moveable eyes for that figure

They somehow managed to make Robin look like he’s 5 feet tall when he was practically the same height as Clooney in the movie.

Why make him look that stubby and short? So bizzare.

That’s what it is! I couldn’t put my finger on it but you’re right. A quick google search shows Clooney at 5’11” and O’Donnell at 5’10” so they are practically the same height.

While I feel nothing for this film, it is nostalgic in a way that Batman Forever isnt for me. Plus I really like Robins suit

It’s definitely possible, especially if the speculation is coming from the performance of the Forever figures. I could be wrong, but I thought the Forever Batman and Robin figures were still from the time of HT over producing figures, which is part of the reason for those figures sitting around for deep discounts. HT have really course corrected with many figures getting waitlisted well before they’re released nowadays

Robin batman forever is being sold for $100 USD in their Hong Kong shops, Batman Forever is around $200 still. Some characters from Star Wars are overstocked in Hong Kong too - Clone Wars Palpatine and Baylan, Obi Wan DX. Think there are certain figs that just don't sell great there.

Had to look it up. In terms of the height difference, actually looks to be accurate? Seems the movie suits gave Clooney extra height to look taller.

JazzInc more likely - they’re potentially releasing obscure characters like Vicki Vale so they’re the better bet.

Hopefully SooSoo’ll drop their armored version soon enough - they teased one a long while ago.

If that doesn’t happen, one from JazzInc with LEDs & multiple expressions (serious, maniacal glee w/ teeth illuminated by a single LED in the suit collar) would be nice.
