I'm going to use the stand like that as well. The wall has bullet holes in it which I believe guns are banned in Iron City so there's really no reason to see bullet holes with an Alita figure.

For me there was just something a bit distracting about the brick wall, as it doesn't remind me at all of the architecture in the movie.

That base looks very familiar, think it was used with HT Kerberos Panzer Cop

I got mine last night and I LOVE it! Not a perfect figure by any means, but it looks so damn good that I'm willing to overlook some of its faults. I'm impressed by the articulation as well; I ended up spending over 2 hours just playing with it and trying different poses.

I've decided to display her without the outfit for now, the body is so detailed that it seems almost criminal not to display it like that.

I watched Alita again this evening and although I doubt they will; I thought it would be cool if Hot Toys would make both Zapan ore Grewishka.

I'd buy any and all figures HT made for Alita, imagine the detail they could do on Zapan's body.

I'm still upset at the lack of all the usual merchandise, like a NECA line. Nothing from Mezco, MaFex, or SHF. There aren't even any high end art prints like there are for virtually every other film.

Also, anyone notice you can't use a flex plan when ordering Alita now? Also says limit 1.

Agreed. I don't really collect those smaller action figures much anymore, but with all the cool character designs in this movie it was just begging to have an entire line of detailed figures made. And I would have probably bought every one.

Edit: found it on their Facebook page. I dig this. The bar fight scene outfit. Also the Dr Ido body hands. Nice touch. I?ll watch for the release
