Just opened him up and I gotta say that my biggest complaint would be all the plastic this guy was wrapped in

But overall I'm very impressed and really glad to finally have a Begins Suit Batman. I love the Bale sculpt. For me it's the best there is.

Love the articulation. Miles better than the DX02.

But my figure is in perfect condition. Left boot is a bit loose but nothing a little plumber's tape couldn't fix. No dents in the suit or shiny marks on the forehead.

And I love the cape. The material and the way it hangs is great IMO. I def don't need a custom cape.

Sorry to those of you who got faulty figures. Hope SS helps you guys out as much as they can to sort things out

A few more things that were wrong with mine upon opening:

name plate on the display base was broken and flying around in the package.

the boddy armor that goes down to his crotch came "unglued" and is just a little flap hanging down now. I can glue it back but... i shouldn't have to.

I just got an email from SS. They are sending me a replacement "Batman Body only" at no cost.

Here is the email...

Thank you for taking the time to contact our Returns Department. We are so sorry to see that your item arrived flawed!

We wanted to follow up with you today to confirm that a replacement order #XXXXXXXXX has been booked for the Batman Body only. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your replacement order to ship at no cost to you.

Upon receipt of your replacement, please destroy your damaged part(s) only per the instructions below and provide photos within 5 business days. If we do not receive your photos in this time, you will be charged for the extra piece.

** Please use care and precaution when destroying this piece. We ask that you place the part or parts in a heavy duty trash bag to contain any debris. Once you have placed the part in a bag, please use a hammer to break it into several pieces. DO NOT set fire to your collectible or drop it from a high altitude as this may cause bodily harm to yourself, bystanders, private or public property. We also ask that you protect yourself from flying pieces or shards by wearing eye protection, if possible, as well as proper footwear.

1. Right arm can only bend backward, not forward.

2. Loose joint on right arm. Right arm can move 90 degrees upward; however, it will not stay in the upright position. It falls down on its own. There is nothing wrong with the left arm.

Glad SS step up and send the replacement.

So they're sending just the body underneath or one with the suit still on? You want to be sure before destroying it.

Yes, they asked me to destroy it once I receive the new body. First time ever, it will be little hard for me to destroy the old one.

I have bad luck with Batman, the fisrt Batman OC I have came with two left boots and they replace it!!
