here's a couple of my batman pics. sorry about the quality... hopefully you can see the difference between the left bat & the right one.
The left one is the batman I'm currently displaying. the glossy on his uit is already gone.
Now I'm not sure if it already like this when I first received it or its faded naturally

I'm baffled by this one. It appears you have 1 painted suit (matte finish) and the other is unpainted (gloss). I haven't seen this issue before.:dunno

The one is on the left is for sure the 2011 Bruce Wayne/Batman, but the one in the right looks more like an OC Batman body with Bale HS (if is that possible to do) and harness.

It's possible to do, and it appears that's exactly what was done. The protective plastic is the part that doesn't make sense i guess. It looks too perfect. Again...:dunno

Yes, as you say, I'm a bit confused with the amount of issue with this product. At first, I thought that it supposed to be glossy

Vortex, I don't quite understand what you statement meant.
especially, about the protective plastic part that doesn't make sense.
can you explain it to me?:slap :lol

The protective plastic is easily but back on the figure. I keep all my protective plastics just incase I sell a figure that way it goes to the buyer as if it was never opened, BUT i always have my figures listed that they have been opened and displayed.

But if the one on the right is indeed an OC body with ToyFair accessories then that's just a straight up lie if it was listed as "new." But I don't see what the big deal is. it's not that much of a difference and weren't folks originally saying that the OC body was better anyway??

It would appear your seller switched the new body which is suppose to be matte, with the OC body. While this may seem shady, in this case it is a pretty good deal for you because the OC body will never have the paint peeling problem like the new one does. Your opinion may differ ofcoarse because the figure isn't in its original state.

Did someone say Christian Bale sculpt didn't look good straight on?

Yes, I did. That second photo doesn't quite look like him. Do any of you guys ever actually watch the movies? Or are you simply comparing his head sculpt to other head sculpts? Anyway, take one look at the sculpt that Adam kid who's on this board did if you need any more evidence of what a great sculpt looks like.

Personally, I don't like this Bruce Wayne headsculpt very much. Yeah, it's an improvement over the previous Hot Toys version and you can tell it's Bale, but I think they could have done better. Hell, I know they can.

There's something really weird about this portrait and it's the eyes and the nose. He looks a bit of a cross between an eagle and that Banjo kid from deliverance.

HOWEVER, their prototype was absolute perfection. It's a shame that this headsculpt didn't live up to what it was advertised, this was perfect.

So, any advice on how to clean the rubber suit?

Edit: The glossy effect is almost gone, the suit looks a bit grey than the original black... What can I do?

That's true, paint job can change a head sculpt from day to the night, you just have to check the thread about Adam's Christian Bale HS...
