So far I don't much like this modern design.
Need to watch the movie to understand how it's functionally useful.
But it is clear that the figure would be amazing. HT did not spoil us with such a teaser for a long time.

looks good so far. but since i absolutely loathe the movie's current costume(more like a pijama), i'll wait for this version instead:

that's how you do it (i always thought the cap's movie costume should follow the daredevil's movie costume, in concept. apparently whedon thought so too). keep it to the 3 colors and keep it simple. the american flag is red white and blue, not red white blue, and grey.

Anyone know if this is the official costume for Hawkeye?

That's consistent with the Hasbro toy. The back is silver metal and riveted (as the front was before it was painted.) You see the unpainted shield in the trailers... It's a cool look.

i hope for a good evans sculpt as well, i will have this one displayed with no mask, then when the avengers updated Cap outfit comes out I will have him displayed with the mask on.. This is going to be sweet to have all the avengers together!

Yeah, I've seen all that.
I'm just wondering if its just painted metallic or its going to have some heft to it like Thors hammer.
