Hey GPB, could I get a shot of the Superman with the new head with Batman. I am just curious to see how cool that will look.

I can do that. Matter of fact, that's my display right now.

But, uh, it's GDB. As in God Damn Bastard. :D

haha - sorry about that. I don't know for some reason it looked like a P to me. [goes to eye doc to get this checked out] - yup I am blind but with my glasses on I should be able to see that sweet pic of yours when you put it up.:chew

GDB, great shots. Love the first and last the most though. The lighting on the cape in that Superman shot makes him look like he is orbiting the earth listening for the cries for help. Love it. And now my wallet hates you as I need to get a CK and Bats. :D :chew

I just got it in the mail, and I can personally say this is the finest figure I've EVER had in my collection!! It is also my first non-Sideshow 12" figure.

Here are some pics. I'm sorry they suck, I'm not much of a photographer:

great shots dude!!love all those flying poses!!:lol

I took a look at the Generation Life figures from HT and it looks like the necks are on a triangluar post instead of a ball joint at the end. Can anyone point me in the direction of the correct figure to swap necks with? I'm dying for my Supes to have the new head.

Clark is a pretty sweat figure. I'd be hard pressed to do a personal Top 10 of my collection.

As for the new Superman head. It is nice, but I think they painted his eyebrows up a little to high, has a surprised look to him.

EvilFace, great line up, man!

Ha ha, sorry about that. :D I'm not as happy with the shots as I thought I'd be. Without a photography class under my belt, I think I'm just feeling my way around. Sure is fun though!

And personally GDB I think that is the best way to do things sometimes. But it is also good to have some basic schooling as well.

I was able to remove mine but I don't think they're made to be removed. They aren't fully formed glasses either. They're missing the hooks around the ears.

They're removable but please be very careful as the glasses are fragile. The glasses on my piece was abit hard to remove as the glasses was placed on the figure when the paint had not dried, resulting in paint sticking to the insides of the grooves in his hair as well as on his nose bridge.

You'll need a very firm grip to carefully wedge out the glasses bit by bit. If you're worried you might snap the glasses, don't give it a shot at all.

I made use of the extra Supes head to attempt to pull off a Clark on the farm. Yes, I know the spitcurl's just wrong, but it'd be a waste to keep the extra head in the box.

I kitbashed a Bruce (from Takara Batman) to accompany Clark as well.

Shaun, now that you've taken several pictures of the Hot Toys Superman, please feel free to send it to me. I'll even pay shipping. :D
