...Do you really think so, tho? That's part of my problem with this, the idea of THAT MANY HT fans sitting around banging the table with knives and forks in their fists shouting "WE WANT ZOMBIE DEADPOOL!!! NOW!!!" I have a hard time imagining its that many total fans. But maybe it is...?
I'm like that any time i see a Deadpool figure, or hear they plan new Deadpool movies, or such. I think he's such a non-character. And i hate Ryan Reynolds. But...
Not everyone does. In fact, most people seem to like him, and Deadpool too, so i must just be in a small minority of people who not only hate Deadpool as a character, but Ryan Reynolds as an actor. So i am cool with Deadpool, Deadpool 2, Dusty Deadpool, Dead Deadpool, etc(How can someone who always regenerates become a Zombie? Whatevva).
In this hobby, it's easy to imagine a figure you'd like, and think "That would sell thousands!", when in fact, it might only sell a few hundred. Likely, only HT will know for sure what will sell and what wouldn't. And possibly Covid has impacted those sales also.
This year must be a hard one for purveyors of fine collectibles. I used to buy, on average, two HT figures per month but, this year, not only have i bought two in total, i have been forced to sell about 60% of my collection. And although i might not be indicative of the entire market, there are a lot of people selling recently released figures, on here, FB, etc.
it's been heavily rumored and they created an implied path in this episode...
