Yep makes sense. Establishing himself and the world around him is a good first episode.
But there must be so many stories they could tell or come up with. For only 7 episodes it seems a bit light. I can't believe they are being cautious for a first Season to see if it will work and therefore holding back on the episodes. Could be budget related I guess. A lot of shows to pay for in 2022, and not as many subscribers as the market supposedly expected.
How could a show about Boba Fett not work, they could show the man ordering take-out and the entire fanbase would be sitting there rapt. Seriously. If it was fifteen episodes we would all be there going OMG
