I've been trying to be pretty positive about this show but in my opinion that episode was awful. So the poor jobless Vogue models have shiny bodily upgrades and shiny bikes? This wasn't the streets of Tatooine, this was Sesame Street.

But I did love Black K and a few other things peppered throughout the episode.

>Main antagonist is Q'ira played by Emilia Clarke. An elderly Cad Bane is her right hand man, Cad Bane is played by one of the Mando stuntmen but is voiced by Corey Burton, looks cool in live action. The duo are the big bads of the series.

>Boba goes around uniting the Mad Max-esque gangs and minor syndicates who are at each others throats after Jabba's demise. Crimson Dawn at the same time are trying to gain a foothold on Tatooine. They view Boba as a threat and send various bounty hunters after him, including Black Krrsantan the Wookie. Black gives Boba a brutal beatdown similar to the Mudhorn battering Din in season 1 of the Mandalorian. Boba gives it his all though and gains black's respect. Various other bounty hunters go after Boba but he defeats them all.

>Boba when he visits one of the cities is approached by a street girl, he views her like himself when he was young and he takes her somewhat under his wing as a protege, yes I know folks will moan at this, but the actress is really good. She's an important catalyst for later.

Rex's reasons for seeking Boba aren't made clear as they're interrupted by more bounty hunters lead by Bossk when they meet. Boba and Bossk fight, but Bossk compliments him for his achievements thus far in uniting the underworld and it's nothing personal. Boba, Rex and Echo and Fennec mop the floor with the bounty hunters. Boba spares Bossk and Bossk then has a drink with Boba, Shand and the clones. Rex says he'll be in contact with Boba again once Boba deals with the issues he currently has. Rex and Boba leave.

>After Boba unites the gangs, and various Hunters failed to kill him and Shand, Q'ira finally allows Bane to try at Boba again. Bane scouts the area and notices Boba's affection for the girl mentioned earlier, Boba is starting to view her like a daughter, Bane kidnaps her and contacts Boba, who is shocked Bane is not dead. Bane and Boba duel it out one last time, Boba wins, Cad Bane finally hits the bucket. The girl is okay and comes to live with Boba and Fennec, Boba starts to train here.

Some of it has already panned out in some form, and the series is bad enough so far that I wouldn't be surprised if they crammed the rest of that into the next four episodes.

The next 4 episodes could be great but 2 out of 3 of the early episodes being weak and only 1 good episode is not what I was expecting from BoBF. Guess I bought into the hype. RR's "all killer and no filler" and "every episode having a surprise" talk had me believing.
Boba sure is a nicer guy than I'd have thought he'd be. Don't think he's cut out for this crime lord business.
If he wanted a career change, he could have opened a pizza place on Tattooine. Have his teenage gang deliver pizza on their little vespa's.
Seriously though, he sucks at this. Maybe he should lead an "honourable and respectful" mercenary band that only fights bad guys or something. This cuddly Boba could work for the New Republic.

What I just can't work out is why are they writing Fett this way ? They even have Fennec telling him he's a "pu$sy".

It makes no sense.

Seems smaller than the adult, but still no way Hot Toys would do that 1/6 scale. Surely.

Then again they need a way to sell that BoB Fett figure.

That’s clearly going to be his “litter”. Let’s be honest though he’s going to have those mobility scooter kids riding alongside him, so the coolness factor will plummet.

This episode was crap, the last wasn’t. Stop being smug, you didn’t make anyone look silly. As chrisstruthers said previously you call it on an episode by episode basis.

You didn’t tell anyone anything. You had an agenda against this thing before it even started. Let’s face it you were waiting to be negative about anything Disney SW that came out after they sacked (rightfully so) Saint Gina. It would have been no different if it’d been Kenobi, Andor, Mando s.3 or whatever…

Actually I really wanted a great show about legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett. But what we got is out of shape Temuera Morrison poorly acting out whatever the **** this train wreck is.

Episode 3 was awful except for black krysantum vs boba, even though krysantum had NO weapons in his fight. The street kids was hard to watch...smh
