If Grogu wants to become a Jedi, he has to let go of any attachment. Luke gives him a choice. He knows too well where attachment can lead to. We could end up with a Darth Grogu if he is trained while still attached to Din.
Sure I know. But hopefully he'll at least take some cool tricks to be able to defend himself and mess with some space ships from his little spot in the new "Clan Mudhorn Fighter".

If HT knew this, they'd produce Mandalorian Luke with backpack, but without cloak and BOBF Luke with cloak, but without backpack. That's how they operate.

Buy the way, though I excited about
Cad Bane, there was someting off with him. First, Bane does not like hats with short trims. It should be about twice the width. Second, what was that front teeth showing between the lips. It was like rabbit teeth.

Btw, how do you activate spoiler fog?
Yeah I agree he looked considerably different to the animation version. I know that is the case with all characters and even the humans due to the artistic style in the animations, but.......

1). the face could have been a bit longer.
2). face could have been bluer.
3). Hat should have been bigger.

Plus
The sharp but bunny teeth could have not be so prominent.
The mouth line could have been lower.
The nose bulge could have extended down to the chin.
All were doable.

Agreed. Not sure if his species were already done in live action or not. I doubt it, but he definitely seemed off.

The Duros are in the cantina in ANH

The head shape was a bit off and the nose could be a bit larger but I knew who it was the second he started walking into town and they kept Corey Burton's voice which I think is the most important thing. I think the bigger hat could of worked but he's had the shorter hat in his last few appearances in TCW and now in TBB.

I liked his design better than the short lekku and montrals that Ahsoka has, were just so used to he looks in the TCW and TBB.

Looked like pretty good cosplayer, at best.

I can see how hard it would be to translate animation to live action with no CGI. I'm sure there will be the same thoughts on a Thrawn in the Ahsoka show. As with all things, just need some time to adjust.

Agreed and it is an adjustment for us as fans as well.

How does Luke have Yoda's lightsaber? Didn't he lose it fighting Palpatine ?

Not too sure, Mas Amedda also melted the thing in the first issue of Darth Vader a few years back. They picked up all the lightsabers from the fallen jedi at the temple and topped it off with Yoda's from the senate building. Safe to assume Yoda had more than 1 I guess.

How did Maz have Luke's lightsaber that he lost on Bespin. This is Disney!

The 2016 reference book Star Wars: Complete Locations depicts the lightsaber as being stored in a box in Yoda's Hut by the time of the events of Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back.[10] However, the 2017 comic Darth Vader (2017) 1 states that it was destroyed during a celebration of the eradication of the Jedi Order.[3] When asked about this, writer Charles Soule mused that perhaps Yoda built a new one, that he had more than one or that Darth Sidious built a fake to make a point.[11] Lucasfilm Story Group's Matt Martin then stated that they are aware of that but that it isn't an error as Yoda likely had more than a few lightsabers during his lifetime.[12]https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Yoda's_lightsaber#cite_note-Martin.27s_Tweet-12

Oh absolutely. I didn't mean my comment to come across as "hate." I'm still getting warmed up.

As a costume collector like some people here, those gauntlets just scream Bo Katan cosplayer to me, so I just have to get over that. Give me a day or so:lol
