On the T-800 package they have Tsang listed as the costume product designer. Makes me wonder if he was just in charge of the production side and that Lim Young Jin was the designer of the clothes. If it is a DX BD T-800, I don't know how they can top the costume of the clean version which would lead me to believe that the DX part is going to be in the engineering of how the body transitions from flesh to metal. And the "metal" had better be metal.

Please God :pray:let this be BS :cuckoo: with all do respect robbiethepainter:lol

I would rather have the Supe then another T800. In fact if its a BD T800 I probably wont buy it because I like the clean version better. Im more interested in the costumes on these guys anyway and I just dont know how HT can top the T800's clothes. They are damn near perfect. For it to be a valid DX it would have to focus on the body. The funny thing is, I can see HT offering a clean and battle damaged DX. One head is clean with PERS and clean clothes and then the BD head with shredded jacket and removable destroyed body parts like the cut arm. That way everyone can rebuy the T-800

Why would a DX T-800's clothes have to be better? There's nothing about the DX Joker that suggests his costuming being better than any other MMS figure.

So far, the only things that seem to be really unique to DX figures are the packaging, PERS and the lit base. The actual execution of the figures has looked no better than any MMS releases, and with figures like Mech Test Tony and T-1000, even the number of accessories hasn't been anything above and beyond.

I'd expect a BD T-800 to essentially be the MMS117 costume with damage added and that'd be fine.

It would need to have one jacket with bullet holes in it for the Cyberdyne scene and then a 2nd jacket with the sleeve torn off for the steel mill scene

Well i gotta goto work. Maybe when i get home in the morning it will be a Superman announced.

Well yeah, if we only got one more T-800, ideally it'd come with one intact coat and pants set with BD and then one set with torn sleeve and blown out knee, but the actual tailoring could be just like what we've got, wouldn't make it a non-DX quality figure to do that.

Actually when they first introduced the line they talked about the added detail of the costumes as a motive for the DX line. They would add details and accuracy that exceed the MMS line.
