I think to switch to flexpay you always had to call a living human being.
I just tried to switch my order to FlexPay and it said call to cancel/change order.
Does that happen automatically once the 30-day notice is in effect? Or does it mean it will be happening in much fewer than 30 days?
But I didn't get that far.
If I had wanted to cancel, I would have had to call them. There was no box available to check.
