Lets just say it was not what was originally planned nor did it occur when it was planned for so ended up being a rushed affair and a bit underwhelming overall.

Hey sorta like this figure from the looks of it so far! :D

:rotfl :slap

I wonder what HT is thinking right now?

Either

A. They dont give a **** cause itll still sell

or

B. :panic: with the surfacing of these pics.

Really though, these pics surprise me if it is truly BAD, since Bespin Luke is Howard Chan's favorite version of Luke and it hold sentimental value to him since it was his first Kenner toy as a kid, I just think he would have been a little more attentive with this release.

Thats why Im eager to see more pics.

:clap

Woohoo! Well done mate! At last! I know it was one of your life's ambitions so I'm genuinely happy for you man.

Yup, I always wanted to get laid on October 2, 2012. :hi5:

:hi5:

Congrats!

What was last night?.....Tuesday....Yep thats my night off so you must have been the only one!

:yess:

I've seen photos of your girl... I'm surprised you'd even take Tuesday's off.

Honestly, just cant see HT dropping the ball this bad. I mean, DX indy had issues but it wasnt a total disaster, as these pics make Luke look

I'd say in China we trust, but don't want to burn in hell

I still think HT Indy was HT's worst figure to date.

Obviously I had higher expectations, but just the fact that everyone has to keep saying "he wasn't so bad" must make the point.

The sculpt was the real problem, compounded by the poor jacket and the ridiculous holster. Most everything else was pretty good. But if Capt America's sculpt was off AND his shield was shoddy AND his belts were wrong, people would go nuts too. Look at people reacting to the Bat-symbol on DX12's chest alone.

Luke is a fairly simple figure. Should be no probelms with it. Not for a 1st in Howard's new acquisition. There's really no excuse. Even Sideshow's 1st Star Wars figure was one of the best to this day, with probably the best paint apps of their whole line.

:exactly:

BTW, what was Sideshows first SW fig?

Jedi Luke did have a nice paint job - way better than their usual fare, for sure.

HT is clearly taking on more than they can handle - something had to give and if they are pushing their talent too thin, hope they chill out.
