I dunno how you can all say "it would be a much better piece without the pers" .... Are you looking at these f@#%ing photo's? This is not just some dodgy eyes, or funny lighting, or camera angles etc. This thing is a heap of *****. There are so many things wrong with it, it's easier to name whats right with it, NOTHING!

The clothes are poor, the paint work is poor, I have never seen a prototype turn out so bad! Usually with Hot Toys they get better if anything.

The more I look at these pics and compare them to the promo shots the more I want to cry, scream, smash something up! This is $300 they are taking from all of us, for something than looks no better that a friggin' Action Man!

It won't show them though will it? Cause most people will ***** and moan but ultimately still go through with the order, so by then HT don't care, they have their money.

Thats what Im sayin. People will complain and just by it anyway. If you dont like it, actually cancel it. There will always be some that will buy it and be happy with it.

The eyes do look bad - like Rorywan has mentioned, you can't manipulate that with shoddy photography. The product speaks for itself.

Right now I am waiting for more pics.

The most recent Hot Toys figures to be released, such as Rescue Cap, Gordon and Hawkeye (while maybe not living up to the insanely high standards of the prototypes,) have all looked great.

These initial pics would indicate a massive and complete drop in quality, that we aren't seeing in the other current releases. (Softness of sculpt being another issue entirely.)


If this figure sucks, then it sucks, and that will be unfortunate, but running around like headless chickens over a couple of lousy pics seems premature.
