Yeah I order from CSC all the time and It usually take 5 business days to get to me as well. So if he does get shipped out today I wont have him till Friday or Monday. Id hate to have to wait through another damned weekend.

lol tell me bout it...now the rush of HT starts,,this lil bugger,,then on the horizon is the DX T800 and DX bats.

Bruce body is not a slim TT. It's its own unique body. Though it is a skinny body.

But wouldn't it be a good stand in anyway? its proportions are very like the slim that luke is already on.

I really like what rory did with the paint bath, if any1 wants to try it themselves I recommend using a tuppaware container for the bath, with a bit of paint in (less to begin with, you can always put it in again) so that its like water you have been washing brushes in and need to change. Then if you have an old body or wooden stick to prop the outfit up on while it dries even better. (if laid flat you can get pooling at the back) Splodges are where the acrylic isn't fully dissolved in the solution and float around as blobs in the water, if you get a big blob you don't like, get on it quick with a brush or sponge and fade it out with lots of water before it dries.

Added bonus to letting the clothes dry on a body or mannequin - it acts as water treatment too, you'll get natural folds and creases but due to the paint in the mix, they are semi permanent and stiff.

The bruce lee body has a neck?

Luke's headsculpt has a neck, so it won't work. You could take the arms off a Lee body and use those, but I think they might be too big and look weird?

Need somebody now with the bruce body to see if the arms can be taken out just like a normal tt, and compare to the arm of a tt slim. Don't think they'd be too big apart from the forearm girth

I'm pretty sure the arms on Lee can be removed, but they are way more sinewy and muscular than Luke's arms were.

I have a couple, but not gonna damage them. You would have to cut it open, I would imagine. It has a vinyl chest piece over the regular TT.

Waay too tight looking muscles on arms IMO for Luke. Unless he got ripped lifting Yoda up and down on Dagobah.

Yeah they do, and I ordered through SS. But CSC is like right next to SS so Im gauging them on the estimated delivery time for when Ill get this guy. If they ship today, I probably wont have him till NEXT Monday. Which sucks.

Yeah, I was the same, now I'm not sure i would want a cleaner version of the BD Luke as well, but I normally like to keep a mint version in the box.

Yes, I have the same feeling. I like to keep a mint version if I do a repaint or custom.
I'll repaint this figure if I get 2 set, if not, I'll just leave ir as it is

Yeah, unfortunately if SSC ships today, the earliest CSC will get them out is tomorrow, maybe even Wednesday.

Well my Luke was supposed to be here tomorrow but I checked my tracking number and it says out for delivery today!!!. Man that is going to make this day at work a lot harder to get through. I cant wait to get home.
