I opened my DX Luke this morning and I sighed a breath of relief!
I didn't have any paint rubs,missing clips off belts or loose magnets.
It's an impressive figure for sure,after lunch I'm going to take them both out and figure out how to display them.

Yours does look amazing with the regular sculpt! I will post a pic of mine later, see if I have the hood right.

Trouble is sometimes the more you futz the worse you end up making it look and then you get all frustrated etc...well, at least I know I do lol.

Off topic, I now, but have you tried water treating the robe/hood? I did mine and it made a world of difference...

I still think Jack Sparrow is the best DX figure to date, in terms of sculpt, accuracy and accessories, but Luke has definitely become my favorite. I'm loving this figure more and more.

I have DX 01, DX 07, DX 08,DX 09 & DX 10 is on the way
and I have to say Luke is the best out of them all!
My brother Shaun&EdFan has DX 06 and he loves it.
I guess being a huge STAR WARS fan sways my opinion though.

I had DX01 and DX02 and still have DX05, 06, 07, 08, 09, and 12

And this the order which Id put them from Favorite to least:

DX06
DX07 (very close second)
DX08
DX09
DX05
DX12
DX01
DX02

And 10 coming soon. Not sure where he is going to fit in yet.

Jack is still at the top since there hasnt been an unboxing that wowed me as much as Jack. Just the whole thing was WOW. But Luke is so close to topping that, but Jacks sculpt and costume is still unmatched.

Who else thinks that DX03 Michael Jackson just seems out of place in the line-up of all other movie characters?

Totally agree. Great movie characters. Jedi, Pirates, Super heroes and villains. Michael Jackson? One of these kids is doing his own thing.

Finally got a chance to unbox Luke, and man oh man am I in love!

I wasn't a fan of the BD hair on the normal sculpt in OMGs pics, but I tried it out and in hand I love it.

Here are some pics of Luke as I have him for now, until the BD outfit gets weathered.

I won't have mine in hand until tomorrow at the earliest but, you know, I judging by these pics (as well as others), I'd have to say that the BD hair looks better on the clean sculpt and vice versa.
