Mola Ram, Belloq w/safari gear, Toht. Wouldn't really care for any others. And I know, I know, Sideshow's Toht is supposedly good, etc., but those are the "must have" Hot Toys back-up guys I would be interested in. Important though the love interests are to the films, I don't need them as figures. And similar to mfisher's post, Short Round only works if you also have Willie, IMO. Do both or don't do either, IMO.

While an off portrait is an off portrait, Indy is also a tricky subjec to photograph because of the hat. The lighting at the show was just terrible. Not saying that shown in different lighting and it'll be insta-Ford, but this portrait will look much better under thought out lighting in proto photos.

I'm not unfortunately, but if HT were to make one child figure I'm sure it'd be because they see the potential to justify the expenditure on a new child body by using it for a different child figure aswell. Shortround for Indiana Jones and john connor for T2 would be as good candidates as any...the best really since they'd compliment other more essential figures.

( and hopefully not spark too much nastiness )... in a perfect world.. where HT carried this line out a little bit.. what would be the absolute must have secondary characters for your collection.. limiting the wish list to... say.. five figures.... (mine would be, Marion, Sallah, Shorty, Willie ( I know.. but if you have Indy and Shorty you gotta have her too) and Mola Ram...

Call me crazy, but with a simple body replacement, I found the SSC Indy more than adequat.

Cost me $32 for the body. Now that SSC came out with the pro 1.2 you can greatly improve the figure for $15.

The idea of paying $300 or more to upgrade a figure just seems outlandish to me. I'm sure those that did have a superb figure, but...wow, just something I can't fathom. In the end its still only 12" tall. I could never justify investing that into 1 item, especially since I have 100 or so other figures.

Could you link me up to this "pro 1.2" body? I can't find it.

A lot of the new GI Joe figures are using them. Flint, Duke, Beachhead, Dusty, etc.

The bodies aren't available separately yet as far as I know.

In a perfect world, all the TOD HT's figures would each come with a piece of bridge. All the pieces would connect up to make one long display.
