I'd actually prefer another off screen BL figure than another EB GOD or EB/HT ETD version.

I think that's because you have so many movie BL figures. I only have 2 & a half ( ), so I'd prefer another movie figure

Well, owning all of them doesnt really mean you do/dont favour a company does it? Specially when you own both lines from both companies, your comment makes it obvious on which one you prefer. Keep in mind HT have just started, and at a head to head comparison in the sequence of releases the HT figures are simply better than EB.
And yes for me likeness takes precedence eg:
EB first release of GoD didnt really look that great, specially in todays context? The HT DX too suffers in terms of likeness IMO
The WoTD too has likeness issues, the MIS is Bruce Lee... you cant deny that
Im sure their third release will be spectacular, and you'll also queue up to grab it. If you dont... your choice

Even I own all of them ( well the MIS suit only as the other figure is the same ) Im not a fan of the DX likeness. And I own the two best EB releases till now Kato, FoF and GoD (well used to) and as much faith I have in EB I have the same in HT too...

If you find it funny that IMO The MIS likeness is the best 1:6th release well... Im glad you had a great laugh about it

I don't favor anyone really, which is why I support both companies and have bought both lines, though it's my opinion EB has put out the better BL releases than HT as a whole thus far. If you really think the MMS Bruce is the best likeness ever released there's not much else to say

And its a pic of the old proto head of the DX that BL fans cried foul about and which HT eventually changed in the final production that you think resembles BL more than those Arnie sculpts?!!

As for the Kato sculpt, its great... for Bruce lee at his youth... nothing better than that... But these new sculpts by Arnie from EtD are just pure class, no two ways about it

So which sculpt of Bruce Lee do you think resembles him most? Im talking about the period of Enter the Dragon... keep that in mind.

That's true. But considering that I've been collecting less than a year and HT is already double dipping in the ETD license...you see where it's potentially going.

Yes I got it as it is the best BL likeness in the market, with the sculpt to skin texturing to paint in balance together.

You are talking about EtD A
IMO EtD A & B have great sculpts, great releases but the paintjob isnt upto the sculpts potential (read rosy cheecks and bushy eyebrows) also ALL EB releases before FoF and Kato suffered from a Bobble head complex. (Which they got back with the new GoD) But in all ways, likenesswise they are way ahead of the DX... thats it.

Well, I'm glad you like the MMS sculpt & we all have different tastes. I still think the Kato is the best of them all, and seeing how ahgnus has used that sculpt for a variety of customs that all look great I think that reinforces just how great it is. When using other sculpts for those customs I don't think they look nearly as good.

We had this discussion not long ago about the paint of the EB BL's. Some commented about the rosy cheeks and others said theirs didn't have that, so idk how prevalent that is

Kato like I said is the best sculpt... but ONLY for the time periodits based on, Bruce looked nothing like agnus' kitbash of him in the EtD suit, of course some features wouldnt change... but the sculpt is too young to be compared to a sculpt of Bruce based on his later times.

Where got two awesome sculpters in Yulli & YJ Park making the same actor but from different films. It's easy to compare but I own both & wouldn't give either of them up. There both awesome pieces to own, I just think if your a BL fan you need them both.

To the best of my knowledge they can do ETD and not other films.
