They have a year and a half left so we might see Many BL before the year is over.
Might be true then,he said "as far as he knows" though, let's hope Eb and the Lee family remains close as they are now

It's funny seeing the two together... the BD one looks like he's supposed to be his little brother instead of another version.

I really hope they keep the base nameplate like that... they didn't translate their Goemon (and Kamui) figures' japanese into english, so this case should be the same here!

The odd thing about the level of inaccuracy between the two sculpts is that the non-bd head looks much better despite being ever so slightly different than the expression on the bd head (that and the scratch marks, of course).

I mean, the pucker on the lips is almost the same on both.

The biggest problems are his eyes and nose area. But mostly his eyes.

Yeah, the BD head needs some work. Would be interesting to see the final sculpt, though.

As for ETB's expiring license to BL, I would be really surprised if ETB would not renew. All licenses have expiration dates, so it's only a matter of renewing them. With the amount of time left for the current license, ETB isn't worried about renewing for now. Generally, is easier and much faster to renew that to acquire a new license.

Is there much more Enterbay can do with Bruce Lee? I think they've already made every version of him except Big Boss.

Maybe HT offered more $$$$

The heads really shouldn't look all that different from one another ..because the 2 expressions look almost the same ..you have to look closely to see those are two different expressions.

Re: Hot Toys's DX04 - Enter the Dragon: Bruce Lee 1/6th scale Collectible Figure

I can see they're pretty different expressions... not radical but easy to tell from first glance.

Re: Hot Toys's DX04 - Enter the Dragon: Bruce Lee 1/6th scale Collectible Figure

these photos all look better than the original annoucement photos. I'm think over time, many will come to digg DX04

Unless they negotiated for exclusivity rights, I would doubt this. If it were, then what I think should've happened is HT will have to wait for both ETB's and Medicom's licenses to expire before being granted those rights. Besides, in this industry, exclusivity rights would be impractical since the license would be much, much more expensive. In that scenario, the only way for HT to cover costs and maintain their profit margin would be to either keep production high (to spread out the cost) or to price the figure a very costly amount (passing the added cost onto us).

Then again, these are all speculations since I don't have insider info in the industry.

Christopher Reeve....pfffttt!

HT RULES!!!!!

And you could (and still can) have had this figure years ago from another company with the very same features and accessories; and from his other movies as well. PFFFTTT!
