Heat the part with a blowdryer. It worked for me.
I dropped the cover into a cup of just boiled water, left it for a min, dried it off and then pressed it on, moulding in into the back of the head. Worked a treat

I'm gonna squeeze this post in now before the next wave of new pics comes up. Here are the poses I have tried so far:
<snipped for space>
So what stand are you using? I used the Hot Toys Ironman stand.
Maglor, your work just continues to impress! You clearly understand the superhero dynamic, and capture it very well. All at the same time as keeping the posses chosen totally realistic.
In other words, and obviouisly size/scale issues aside...these photos I have selected in particular (in my opinion) look exactly like Michael Keaton in the suit, pulling some publicity shots for the film way back in 89.
Excellent.
Wow Maglor!!!
The above poster explained it brilliantly!! I kind of 'borrowed' your Chris Reeve Superman pose (casual stance leaning slightly / fists clenched).. & I may just have to 'borrow the top pic there of Keaton as well - if you don't mind that is..
Excellent stuff mate!!!!
He is here! He is HERE!
And there's a chip in the yellow of the chest symbol.
