The Riddler and Two Face sketches look very Tim Burton esque. You're probably right, but you have to remember that Tim Burton is the one who's come up with a lot of the concepts. Just look at this early concept Burton came up with for the Penguin:

Yeah he does love to draw his ideas for the crew to work with his Catwoman and joker are great too, his batman not being much more than a shadow. With respect Those drawing are no where near his style, those are very amateurish, not to mention the two face is dated 2010.

Indeed, i love his take on the Batman characters. He has a wonderful ability to bring out the character in the drawing. One has to wonder what he would do with Mr.Freeze, Man Bat, or Scarecrow. The Batman characters seem fitted for Burton.

For what it's worth I heard the figure will be revealed this summer, along with some other returns item (he didn't say who/what). Just what I've heard. So I'll be waiting down by the pool with these guys with my fingers crossed...

I can actually kind of see that, maybe. I'm very curious about how they intend to pad out the Summer, actually, because they've gone so fast on all of this AoU stuff, and, outside of 1/4 Vader, the Sandtrooper, and Luke and Leia, they seem to have almost finished with their first wave of Star Wars. From an earlier interview, it seems like they're shying away from C-3PO and R2, for the time being, as they were promoting the SSC versions during Toy Soul, but I got to thinking about it, and, as far as Ultron goes, there's the sentry, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Vision, and Thor left, and Ant-Man seems like there are only two real candidates for figures in Lang and Yellow Jacket, unless they surprise us and we get some Pym Ant-Man and, maybe, Wasp, in flashbacks.

As far as SW goes, though, they've got to take a little bit of time between releases, right? If they start making ESB Han, Luke, Leia, etc. there's sure to be some overlap, and, from what I gathered from the merchandise panel stream from Celebration, it seems like there's an embargo on TFA stuff until more information is revealed, and, knowing Abrams, that probably won't be until December, when the movie hits, unless...prequels.

I'm not a huge Star Wars fan so unsure about that.

I do think there will be at least two returns items (I expect it to be two figures but my contact guy intentially said batman returns figure and "another item" so not sure what the second is)

I think we may also get new terminator genysis figures prototypes at least. There's a chance we could see JP as well if the movie does well

I really hope your friend is right and Batman will appear this summer... About the second item... It should be Catwoman, easy figure instead Penguin (it would need a new body).

A returns batmobile? I don't think so because we already had the Burton's batmobile with all the returns features.
Batmissile or skiboat?
