Yes, DX06 debuted before the EB/Medicom UU figure, once that came out with the smirk face, HT went back and replaced this smiling face with their smirk face, there's always been a bit of a battle between HT and EB for some reason.

On the topic if I remember they had an image of hot toys with like 6 potential sculpt for the Dx06 each with a different expression.

Well. The Jacket, boots, shirt are better on the DX15. The diorama is nice, but you can get the base on Toy Anxiety (at last glance). If you can get both HS for $130 then go for it.

Dang, it's scary how real you can get him looking in the right light. Heck he looks so realistic anyway, but that's really pushing it, especially the first 2. Great pics man!

I've had mine in for a week and a half and haven't even gotten a chance to open him due to being too busy lol. Want to have ample time to set him up and take it all in.

The boots are made from a tougher, more realistic material. They are a lot darker as well to be more screen accurate to the latest film.

I was hoping when the DX15 got shown it would of been the smiling sculpt instead of the smirk so ended up commission an artist todo it.

Does anyone have any spare dx06/15 sculpts for sale need to send one to the sculptor mine are in use :/

So if I didn't care about the latest film and wanted jack to look the most accurate for the second or third movie, what would be the best parts to go with?

Boots wise = DX06. Shirt = doesn't matter. Coat = DX15. Hands = DX06. Belts = DX15 (improved but still same design). Hat = DX06 although it is still the wrong size and shape. Bandana = neither of them are accurate to the second or thrid film as the beads are different. Baldric = both are too short but DX15 is better. Shrunken mum head = DX06. Sash = DX15.

The hair and dreadlocks are very different between the second/third films compared to the fourth and fifth. The second/third is shorter and very dark with lots of thick, heavy dreads. The fourth and fifth have some very long thinner dreads and a lot more free-flowing, blonde hair.

Aside from the DX15 head I don’t think I’m going to be “WOWed” with the rest of him. Sure there are elements that might be better than the DX 06 but if your not comparing side to side nobody would know!! Neck down DX06 is a specimen on its own. I don’t care for the DX 15 base so there no incentive there! I just don’t feel like spending $400+ CAN on a figure i pretty much own. I have decided on the pursuit to purchase DX 15 head only.

I made order from Popcultcha cant wait to have Jack in collection. Thats my 4th DX item hope next will be some special Star Wars DX figure or Indiana Jones. Hot Toys made only one SW so far and 5 Batman related DX figures. Now need to wait for Captain.

Corrected it was 10. Yeah that's it. I actually think the smiling one with teeth and more normal suprised look is best for jack. I'm not mad with what we got however.

The only way I will buy a whole new Jack figure is if they make a P1 or P2 Jack. Why don't they do it?!!!
