Really disappointed in BBTS. Not sure why they are "last in" with their orders from Sideshow considering they are likely one of its largest retailers. Would love to know what is going on between them right now. Clearly there's some power struggle happening.

I think HT is coming up short with stock. But I also think Sideshow is punishing BBTS for competing with them by pushing them to back of the line. How dare they charge reasonable shipping without an NRD.

Waiting sucks but I'm not going back to Sideshow. Ridiculous shipping used to be almost offset by monthly coupon which they also did away with. Currently I have over 15 preorders at BBTS and only one left at Sideshow, I used to order from Sideshow almost exclusively.

I'm hearing better things about AlterEgo and TimeWalker Toys these days. AE used to have silly shipping rates but I guess they are reasonable now, plus they give points.

I know people have probably thought me crazy, but I’m telling you, a proper hat goes a long way to elevating this figure and you can’t beat the HT AWE or Medicom sculpted hats, ^ that Jack looks fantastic.

I get why people are upset at BBTS for not getting their figures quickly, but whats a few more months wait?

And if you ask me, it is not their fault. It is whoever supplies them.

I blame Hot Toys. They are probably trying to rush all the Infinity War figures as soon as possible as the hype for the movie is at it's max and then release a whole new bunch of figures once the second IW comes out.

And knowing them, they will probably want to make at least 1 figure of all the chatacters in that movie and be close to done before the sequel. And there are a lot of them.

I don’t fault BBTS at all, I know it’s out of their hands, my frustration is that this has been out for like 3 months and still waiting, it’s not like the world is waiting or that 4 week gap between HK and other countries, I’ve never seen orders fulfilled like they are with Jack, and that coupled with how much the figure means to me is just making the wait a challenge.

I concur I’ve never seen a release like this. It’s baffling. It’s been out for like a full quarter but it’s technically not “out” yet.

I’ll admit I was a doubter on this figure on how much they could really improve off of dx06. I was annoyed about it.

While I’m still glad I didn’t go the full route because I do like the wheel and the hat from 06, I will agree the coat and boots are better by a mile. But where this reallynis a no brained is the sculpt. Holy fing hell what an improvement. Night and day. I didn’t even know until I held them side by side. Just insane.

Here’s mine re-haired. Coat grayed just a bit. The boots aside the Rest is 06. One of the most impressive in the collection!
