Yikes, disappointing.
Oh well, good to have choices I suppose with parts.

I'm not sure if it has a better likeness, but the DX07 does at least have that more gaunt look he had in the movie. And I just don't see enough of an improvement here for me to want to upgrade.I think the DX07 looks more accurate face wise. I might be in the minority. I see a better likeness.
Glad for a rereleased but just dont see this as an upgrade. Maybe costume is more accurate, idk, but just missing lots of features of the DX07, base, extra head, clothing, and damaged options.
The DX07 IMO has a better / more realistic costume and body shape and set up. No need for me to update my Bespin Luke torso. This dissapointing release has actually made my decision a lot easier. What I’ll probably do now is get the Mando Luke and then along with my Snowspeeder Luke and ROTJ Deluxe Luke I’ll have pretty much every conceivable Luke option, as far as costumes, head sculpt and hair pieces.
No Tatooine Luke?
Yup that's what I'm thinking as well. I'm not getting this one though. Just glad to have a quick enough turn around at another shot to get the headsculpt since the DX23 ones are going so quickly on part out sites.Like the the DX23 Luke I suspect this will look amazing in hand. The initial photos didn’t do that one any favors and I think this is the same.
Oh yes, I have Tatooine Luke. But Marks face changed considerably after SW. To the point where I can remember seeing Empire as a 7 year old at the flicks and thinking Thats not Luke Skywalker?… So I always see Farmboy Luke as a completely different guise of him, Mark I if you will, with Empire and ROTJ being Mark II versionNo Tatooine Luke?
