Was there ever a hot toys figure that had coveralls as an outfit for the figure? If so which one?

Define coveralls. If you're talking about a jumpsuit and not farmer overalls then the Prison Break Lincoln came with a pair. Otherwise none of them did.

I dont know if you would consider flight suits as overalls but,

HALO jumpers 2 vers black and woodland. mix between wetsuit and flight suit.
im sure there were a few more, but my memory escapes me at the moment. google it dude.
