I'd be more irritated about the EX thing if the EX for this set was actually good. I can't bring myself to care about an armless potted Groot when the set comes with a potted Groot anyway.

By stick Groot, I meant the one without a face that Rocket holds near the end. I think the face looks out of place without the arms.

FYI. I had to deal with the same thing last week. Sideshow only offer you a $20 credit. If you try to return it, you will have to pay for return shipping and you will lose your NRD. This is their shipping damage policy and they will not budge on it.
