Yeah, it's funny but I totally feel the same way about this set, even though technically the characters are not near and dear to me (never cared for GOTG as a kid). The figures have just captured everything I really enjoy about this medium, so pretty satisfying to see them in person. Even my wife likes them and she has no affinity for this hobby, at all, so I take that as proof positive that these guys are pretty unique.

Nice to hear all the good feedback on this set, too. Reading the comments was a real slog for a long while due to all the hate Rocket was getting. Glad to see it silenced (however temporary it may be) and some positive stuff, instead!

I'm completely smitten with this set. I love love love love it. When displayed with Star Lord, I think these are my favorite set of figures I own.

My EX arrived from Sideshow today and thank god the shipper and art box were relatively unharmed by UPS. Overall I'm happy with how it turned out. Only a few complaints; I wished Rocket's gun collapsed and stored on his back and the exclusive was clearly an after thought as they could've easily done something better or useful. Rocket is a bit toyish by himself but when displayed as a set he looks great.
