Again cool pics YoNoSe!

I like HB but I prefer Abe, you dont get much with it but its cool!

You open the box and you go WHHAAAA is that all:lol

Thanks! I'm getting Abe from my local comic shop so I don't have him yet.:monkey2 I'm not even worried about accessories....it's Abe!

What kind of paint did you use on the True Type?

I use Tamiya acrylics. Just give it a light sanding with fine/very fine sandpaper and when you're done seal it up with some flat-finish clear coat. I did add a chest piece made of Sculpey to bulk him up, too.

Hmm... I might try putting mine on an ACE body. At least for some pics. It's such a shame to not use that sexy body sculpt though. I really wish they had done something similar to what they did with the Predators. Especially since you're almost always going to have HB wearing his coat.

I am costantly having trouble with my HellBoy.

He's always smoking and drinking and doesn't respect my authority.
It's driving me mad...

I agree 100%. I'm thinking of customizing an Anung Un Rama HB with horns and displaying that one with the shirtless body.

This has been a figure (Hellboy) I've been wanting but I've yet to pull the trigger because of my concern with his possibility. Seems like a bit of a mixed bag but what I'm getting from everyone he seems like a slightly poseable statue. Is this right?

From the hip joints down is a normal HT Truetype body with full articulation. The waist up to the neck, including the arms down to the wrists, is a rubber body over an armature. There is no articulation at the waist, no mid-torso joint, and the shoulders and elbows have very limited movement. Left wrist is a normal HT peg and right wrist is an extended HT peg that also allows for good articulation of the RHOD.
So it's a lot more poseable than a statue but nowhere near a regular HT figure.

That is an awesome pic, almost looks like Ron Perlman in costume! :rock

I have no willpower at all :monkey2 I just bought a Hellboy this past weekend and it shipped today  Might have it this weekend or early next week.

Anyone get their's from Alter Ego yet? Haven't heard any updates from them on when Hellboy would ship.

I haven't recieved my figures from Alter Ego as well... but I believe they are late due to the fact that I bundled both Hellboy and Abe together so I could save on shipping. :banghead

I won't make that same mistake with the Hot Toys Apes.

According to last Friday's newsletter from Alter Ego, Abe is scheduled to arrive this week... so the wait might be soon over. :D
