Ok. I know people will probably disagree with me but I don't care. I just received Abe and he blows the crap out of Ironman. The paint, the details. I'm sorry, but right now the man in blue is the man to beat. After reading about what people have to say, Abe is the first figure I have gotten that has exceeded my expectations. Bring on Big Red!

Abe is awesome in a "so perfect it's almost unnoticeable" way. I agree he's better than IM but I am by no means objective about it.

Yeah Abe is easily my favorite Hot Toys figure to date. Part of that is my huge love for the design and part is just how well it was carried out. It's not totally film accurate but in a way it's better than film accurate... if that makes any sense.

I really hope there's more Hellboy figures in the works from Hot Toys. These are obviously popular. I REALLY want a Johann, Nuada, Liz, and (especially) Wink

Maybe there will be some good news at SDCC :angelsmil

Same here. I can't wait to get Liz, Johann, and the Professor and Kroenen, Sammael, Wink, and Nuada wouldn't be bad either.

So I was looking really close at Abe's head the other day and the areas on the side of his head look a little strange. I'm talking about the little blue squares. If you look close enough there are small diagonal lines that run through the white areas. At first I thought these might be a screen printing patterns, but I'm not so sure anymore. I think these are printed decals. The patterns are too specific and consistent from figure to figure. Now I'm thinking the eyes are too. Anyone else notice this? Or even care?

it's actually really hard to see, even though the picture shows it pretty well. I would compare it to the fine printing on American money. I have pretty good vision and am a little OCD.

I picked up HT Hellboy from the post office Saturday morning, and have to say this figure is AWESOME!!! My favourite HT figure to date (I own BR Joker, Dutch, Iron Man. I have Predator arriving in a few weeks - so the order may change again. But for now Big Red is the man!!! The detail work in the sculpt is amazing.

I wasn't going to get this figure. I just don't love the character (do love the design), and I didn't have the funds when taking pre-orders, to drop 2 bills on him. After selling some things on ebay and then seeing this figure in person, I knew I had to have it.

It's a true testament to the craftsmanship of Hoys Toys when Collectors spend big money on characters they only "like" instead of "love". This figure is a real keeper and I haven't even seen Hellboy 2 :)

Hellboy II is a fantastic movie. I didn't feel that way seeing it the first time, but I've been rewatching it here recently. It is much better than the first one, which is rare. The level of detail and complexity is outstanding. Watch it at least three times. You'll miss so much in the first viewing.

The first time I watched HB 1 and 2 I was really dissapointed but since then Ive rewatched them and think they are amazing.
