Looks like a winner. Wonder if the shirt can be futz'd (pulled down) to lessen the arm gaps (?) That's the only thing that bugs me.

If people are concerned about gaps and joints then the armored Thanos is the only way to go. The pajamas Thanos is wearing prevents covering all of the joints.

Apparently so. But if you watched the Sideshow video he mentioned it, but didn't show it......
Yeah that's the one I watched. I missed him mentioning it but I did notice that it looked like he switched them during the monolog late in the video. The guy needs to tighten it up and talk less because he lost me a couple times.

I doubt the shoulders can be pushed up more when in a museum pose. By design there has to be more room between arm and shoulder to allow for articulation. If the shoulder joint was designed like an Iron Man figure than sure. If it was designed like IW Thor then no way.

Overall, really nice final product imo.

Getting two very different, yet equally superb head sculpts is a massive result...

Pretty much a Homerun figure in my mind. The arms are a small gripe, but a switchable powerpose arm, switchable gauntlet hands and duel headsculpts is really what you want to see. At the end of the day they nailed the headsculpt, and this is a figure that needs that headsculpt to be great.

I'm genuinely surprised at how much bigger this figure is to the GOTG figure. I think this is the right size and wonder why the other is so much smaller.

Thanos could actually serve as a bit of a space saver [emoji38]. The army of heroes vs. just him looks pretty cool.

Sideshow has a live show today and they have a pic of the mark 50 and Thanos. Since thanos was shown maybe they also received an early version of the mark 50. Maybe

I havent bitten om the 50 yet. I would like to see if the end game suit is better. Having watched IW about 20 times now, its 2nd only to ESB on my favorite movie list, so the 50 is kind of hard to resist but so far i have.

However if they did the busted up 50 armor with his fight at the end that could be attacched to the KO camo suit, THAT would be a must have.

My god these sculpts look amazing.

Funny how when the sculpts look good in the blogger photos, no one ever mentions lighting. Only when the sculpt is subpar does that come up.

A good sculpt looks good in prototype, blogger photos, in hand, all with various lighting.

100% agree...while the lighting argument has some validity, overall it's an extremely weak excuse to defend a bad headsculpt.

Considering the scale, i think the gauntlet looks pretty good personally. We need a snapping gauntlet expo exclusive power pose (kneeling with stormbreaker in his chest) thanos!

Like i've said before, I'm sure the shoulders will be able to be pushed upwards, like with Hulk. He has the same issue if you don't close the gap to the shoulder.

The more I see of the blogger photos the more I am impressed with this. The versatility and different emotion you can get with the angry face is amazing.

Here are a couple of my favourites. Starting with the money shot !

One thing I've noticed in these pics, is that in some the gap between Thanos's shoulders and armor is large, but in others, there's hardly any gap if A gap at all.Why is this?

I personally think it's just the photographer just didn't push the shoulders up (like you can with Hulk to close the gap). However there is an outside chance that in some positions perhaps the gap can't be closed ??
