Speaking of “suits”, hot toys should go with one of Daniel Craig’s most iconic looks, and they wouldn’t have to worry about any tailoring at all!

They will probably do a Daniel Craig first, then Brosnan, third I guess will be Roger M. follow by Connery and Dalton and then the guy from Her Majesty Secret Service. If they got the licence and I have heard is quite difficult and expensive to get and then please with the proposed product the rights holders, so I am confident they will do at least one of each Bond in a particular movie look...then if all sell well, we will get the full lineup in the classic tuxedo look...and be the first 1/6 company to do all the James Bond actors, up to now only Sideshow tried to do that but it was long ago and of course the quality can not compare to today's standards and expected detail and likeness.

The looks I would think to expect,

D. Craig in the suit and rifle at the end of Casino Royale or maybe his light grey suit (homage to Goldfinger Connery suit) or black overcoat and suit in Skyfall.
Brosnan in the "commando suit" at the start of Golden Eye or the suit combination at the Russian interrogation action sequence...there are more of the same style in the rest of his movies, formal suits or "casual field semi formal" ..he look good in all of them.
Roger Moore maybe his naval commander battledress uniform used in the tanker fight/rescue sequence, always like that look in The Spy Who Love Me, maybe his blue tuxedo from the same movie., Big Chief already did his black turtle neck commando suit and 44 magnum shoulder holster look as well as DID..so maybe this is pass over by HT.
Connery, his famous Goldfinger gray suit, maybe white coat/red rose/flower tuxedo look...Thunderbolt suit with rocket pack will be great to!!
Dalton...he used a lot of semi formal/sport look combinations, any of those will be great, he only did two movies, so there not much to chose from.
Her Majesty Secret Service..well...I really don't have any suggestion, to be honest is the least favorite Bond movie for me...my personal opinion and taste of course.

The Casino Royale tux (and I believe all the suits in CR) were done by Brioni, which were a carry over from Brosnan’s movies.

The later Craig movies switched to Tom Ford which have the tighter/slim fit cut. It’s why his suit at the end of CR is missing the waist coat and slightly different than the one he wears at the beginning of Quantum even though it’s supposed to be picking up right where CR left off

Somebody knows his suits.

I think they will pick any Bond look with respective accessories that accompanied in a movie. Casino Royale I tux with pistol and heart defibrillator. My top choice would be Connery in From Russia with that case containing the sniper rifle, knife, gold sovereign, gas canister & lecter decoder.

I fully expect Brosnan and Craig, with a high chance of each in two styles. If they go further, they'll add Connery. If they push it, we'll see Moore.

But I don't know if they can successfully make them all. Not because they couldn't make them, but the lines on the graph are just not going to cross. Demand vs production cost vs revenue just isn't going to be there. Especially with some of the tumultuous economics we all are looking at. How many people are going to buy a $300+ David Niven Bond?

I strongly doubt they'd sell an appreciable amount of any other actor than the above four. And that's including Dalton. Heck, I think Moore might even be a stretch.

I think they'd honestly have better luck with some of the villains.

I just did a cursory search of James Bond actor popularity rankings, not that I had to, and most have Connery at the top.

I would expect Craig, the most recent, and Connery, the original, to be the two that HT would make... if they make more than 1.

Brosnan might be 3rd.
