Better grab batfleck while you can.
why? because you think the figure will sell fast or because you think Afleck won't be Batman much longer or something else?
The second one, didn't you hear jake gyllenhaal might get the role?

Haven't stayed up to date but why is Ben Affleck looking to leave the role? Thought he was quite passionate playing Batman?
IMHO (which is formed from various bits and piece of speculations, quotes from Ben, how JL turned out, him off of directing The Batman, etc.) I think it's a conflict of the direction of where to take Batman.
I think the studio felt the backlash on BvS is that it's too dark, and they wanted to make him more like JL Batman vs BvS Batman. More light hearted, not so deep voice all the time, etc.
Kevin Smith had said Ben had been talking about why Hollywood hasn't made a serious Batman movie since the 90s, and that Ben himself is a huge fan; and as a dedicated fan and actor, he wants to portray the icon as best he can. (Which I think most people agree, he was almost perfect in BvS.) But because the studio is not going the direction he feels the Bat deserves, he's having trouble with the role. On one hand he loves being Batman, but on the other, he doesn't want do a disservice and be another George Clooney. Hence he's non-response response at SDCC.
Again, all from my read on the information I've gathered, so I may be talking out of my butt here.
I think he said he wanted a graceful exit as he can't do it forever but the media's making us believe that he said it in a way that he wants out SOON. Maybe he's saying that he can't be Batman in the entire DC Film slate, but he might NOT be saying that he won't be Batman in the next film and the film after that.

He’s been well-received overall by many people including myself, so I hope he stays on. He’s my favorite Batman so far. And it’s not like he does all his own stunts. The stunt doubles do all the hard fights and stunts for him.

lol, the rumor (regardless of if it turns out to be true or false) reminds of how it was said that Gyllenhaal almost took over as Spiderman from Tobey Maguire! Here is an article...

I like his performance in BvS. Batman IS a dark character. Don't like it when he crack light hearted jokes.
