How's the Hot Toys WW robe?

I was thinking of going the Unreal Customs route, the robe just looks a lot fuller if that make sense. On the surface, the quality of materials looks better than Hot Toys.

Also I think DeanKnight mentioned Unreal Customs tested the robe's color to make sure it won't rub off on the body.

How'd you get the shield to attach to the back of WW Training?

It's been a couple weeks since I last looked at my figure but IIRC, there was not an attachment hook.

It's placed between her back and pony tail.

I got mine a couple weeks back and finally got it out of the box - and it appears to have one leg joint that is much looser than the other. Should I be concerned?

got mine this afternoon and while the hair is a mess, I'm quite impressed. I'm in the camp that feels this looks very different in hand than in pics. I will be repainting the lips to appear fuller however and go from there.

Have you done anything with the hair yet? KG Hobby finally shipped mine, should be here next week. That rooted hair is the only thing worrying me.

no, I won't be able to fully work on this until I get back in 2 weeks. I woulnd't be to worried about the hair. After taking it out one more time the hair itself isn't bad, just needs better styling. I'll be using hair wax.

Nice pic and coloring. Her hair just looks like they aligned it wrong. Super egg headed. I have her on order. One last flex pay.

Yeah, the biggest problem with this headsculpt is that they didn't carve off enough of the top of her head. In hand, you can work with it, and when it's right, you realize how much better the sculpt looks overall.

Yes I did. I soaked and washed the hair with hot water, pat it dry, sprayed some Shiseido Stage Works powder shake (hair volumizer), divide all the hair into 5 parts and twirl it around paint brushes then left it over night.

Next day just futz with it. I'm not good with this and it took me around an hour to futz it like that. I'll go back to it in the near future to get it to look better. I'm not totally satisfied with its look now.

Composing the light and shadow is SO extremely important to bringing out likeness.

I think I’m getting pretty close to dialed in here... Let me know what you think.

Thanks, but I think the lighting was way to harsh in the top pic. I prefer the WW single shot just below that one.

That said it’s almost impossible to get that Cavill sculpt to look anything but great...
