Sadly, I'd have to agree. Naked Snake and The Boss are the worst figures in my entire Hot Toys collection. I would try to resell them, but I doubt that I'd get back $210 a pop - which is what I paid for them .

As much as I I'd love to, I don't have the heart to get rid of Snake because it's MGS. He's easily the worst 1/6 figure I own.

Yeh. I mean, it's nicely detailed and all... if the suit design wasn't also butt ugly, I could probably live with the articulation issues.

I think the level of detail is superb! Too bad the suit doesn't look like the game, it makes him look shorter too. And for the life of me I can't seem to find a pose that makes him look cool.

I rearranged my figures after friends who came over kept ignoring Snake in favor of Christopher Reeve who was next to Snake. Even with Lara Croft next to him people would go "Wow it's Lara!". I guess Snake is forever doomed to be alone.

Huh, no wonder they made the Boss.

It's no doubt, that figure looks sub-par next to Lara. I can only imagine how more so with Reeve.

But, you wanna hear something funny? Last year, I canceled my pre-order for the 89' Batmobile, for The Boss and Naked Snake .

And you're right- we can't sell them for the price we bought em'. Oh well, here's to them being rare and super expensive like the Leon figure in a few years. A man can hope.

Nah, it's the stock XM16E1, while the Medi is holstered behind. Can't believe HT couldn't dress the rifle right. Maybe I'll do it myself.

I really want to mod him into Solid Snake from the MGS4 joke trailer but as far as I know Sam Fisher's gun and thermal goggles are not available in 1/6.

I'll try Snake next year. God awfull outfit would make a great base for some G.I. Joe custom and everything else... for tiger stripe BDU.

I still can't get over on how lovely that Joel is. Btw, have you heard of the Tamiya weathering kit? You can also use pastels and just dry brush the clothes.

I'm going to weather Joel I promise, but I just got a shirt that looks pretty similar to the one he wears in the last part of the game but I need to dye it.

Yours is the most dynamic of all Jason, definitely the best I've seen. Btw you don't think it will wear out the suit, do you?
