Mate, I would file a claim just to put the wind up him -- you can always cancel the dispute when he proves to you and PayPal that he's sent your stuff. Don't let time slip by, he's probably just waiting for your claim period to expire.

I hear ya.
But there´s another problem:
He SENT my stuff, but it was incomplete and he sent wrong stuff in the first place and just told me that he´ll return the shipping costs.
How am I to claim something like that on paypal?!

I think you can file an "item not received or not as described" claim with the same result. You can show PayPal all your ebay/email conversations, etc. But I bet he will want to rectify the situation as soon as possible, because PayPal will suspend his account until he provided them with tracking information that proves he's sent you your items.

So, I filed a dispute, but I´m out of the 45 days.
They got knowledge, but that´s about it, so it´s my turn to just go clutter**** all over his mail account with me wanting my money back...

Not good! Well, we'll see what type of guy he is if he doesn't honor his end of the deal with you. Keep at him, he still might send you the parts. It's weird that he's not replying to your emails after all this time, though. At lest other freaks will know to be a bit more cautious when dealing with him.

Finally got this bad boy, goid price as well, £124 with shipping

Now my T800 feels complete and when i get my second detolf they'll have their own shelf, that'll be my Movie detolf, hehe

Forgive my pooch, she's a poser.

I'm really impressed with the likeness of this figure, now i just need to work out which shelf they'll eventually go on, i think Sparrow will get the top, then these guys, then the MIB and then Mars Attacks

Excellent figure though, i personally regard this ad almost DX quality based on the amount of accesories, i mean, a whole 'nutha outfit is just awesome and it's by having it in hand that i'm tempted to use it!

hey all, does anyone think this figure is still worth getting? Cheapest on ebay is around $200 now for a fig coming up to 2 years old. I'm worried that with the new DX10 coming, they'll release some sort of 2.0 version of the T-1000 to go with it. Thoughts?

Imo its still worth it even with $200 price tag. Most underrated HT figure ever.:lecture

:goodpost:

Agreed! I'm really happy with this figure, i managed to get a good price recently on ebay, but with me now actually having i can say that i would happily pay $200 for it

You could look at like this, it may have gone up fron what it was, but it's still cheaper than sone new HT releases and you get so much more with it accessory wise, it's really good value

I just need that donut head!

this is an amazing figure and it is very underrated right now. I think its because they made so many he wasnt hard to find at all.
