Yeah. It was a surgical scalpel on the fists after having dunked them in boiling water for a few minutes.
It wasn't easy, but not as difficult as it could have been without the correct tools.

How deep did you cut the slots in the fists? I'm guessing it only needs a few millimetres! Also I'd have to angle the cuts, so each claw gets progressively wider.

I basically cut a V slot between each knuckle. I then had to fish out the material where the claw was going to go.
I got the claws from the guy on OSW who makes everything out of metal.

I think i got the last set.
And they cost me $80.
But they look the business. And they're really sharp...

Thanks Username. I've seen these ones but I'm not sure if the Toys Box claws are the same quality as the HT ones?!

The Last Stand Wolverine claws seem to sell at a cheaper price usually, so I was thinking of getting a sert of those, pulling the claws out at attaching them to pair of spare fists I have laying about.

Does anyone know if that would work, and if so how easy would it be to remove the blades and cut grooves in the fists?

The claws come out of the last stand hands very easily, you just wiggle them a bit and they pull right out.
The cool thing is too, that you don't ruin the last stand hands at all by pulling them out, you could always put them back in if needed.

Anyone what a good body to use for a custom Logan?

I wanted to go for a rubber torso, so that the joints aren't so visable, and also with a solid neck piece.
