Got on the waitlist for this today, do you think I'll get it?

I kind of said to myself when I began collecting that HT was not for me, but this figure looks so awesome. When someone say this has a better likeness then the PF its almost as Im just buying to compare them home, cause if this figure beats the PF... Well got damn, I refuse to believe it until I have them both.

Nonono, the headsculpt isn't as good as the Sideshow PF...IMO. I prefer the facial dimensions and expression of the PF myself. However I don't have the PF.

Just received my waitlist conversion "Uncle Bob'... Promptly swapped to the black T-Shirt and here it is! I can't believe I got him! I was cruising through the SSC shop and saw him as a waitlist item about 2-3 weeks ago... I figured what could I loose... As I've been shopping for him on eBay and online and couldn't get him for much cheaper than $300ish AUD...(australian dollars) The item converted a week later and then I had this coupled with my Guardian Predator order and received both today!

I think it was a meant to be purchase, as the items were charged on my card the day the AUD equaled the USD!!! So happy about it!

So here is my T2 figures!

Here he is with my old T-800 custom... Darren's resculpt, Saturday Toys biker kit, which I will keep the jacket for the T1 figure... which I want to customise to look like the Police station sequence! All I need is the glasses! And I might nab a loose head to customise further!

And here is T-1000, which I have posed to have a little bit of everything that made him so iconic... thinking about getting so pieced out items to get the motorcycle look going on! Extra body & whatnot...

And here is Sarah, also thinking about grabbing the other head and accessories and stand to have an all inclusive figure of her!

Thx, just watched the review. Great detailed launcher and the only choice for the cyberdyne custom as I would say.

Could someone tell me how good and detailed the InToys Gatling is? On some photos it looks cheap and in others totally acurate and well-crafted.

I really wanna go further now with the custom and I already have a great candidate for a bag...

Yeah it's the only parts i'll be going for to make Cyberdyne. Looks the best available at the minute! Although it looks a little on the small side when it's on the Arnie fig.

Congrat's Exoticlex...that is one sweet T-800 you have there!

Really hope HT's gives us this version in the future but I would be completely happy with yours if not. What did it set you back to finish the look?

The InToyz minigun is okay (check my pics on 1023). The paint app isn't there...but the sculpt is good, well at least when looking at it. Its quite fragile when in hand, at least that's my feeling. I'm thinking about give it a metallic brush or wash at some points to give it a litte more realistic look. But i have no idea if the paint will hold on the plain plastic.

@Platty: Where can I read this review, i'm completely lost in this tread or the boards, there's so much stuff T2 related.

Also,where can i buy those black gloves, or are these interchangeable hands?

Xeno, they are Blade 2 HT MS gloves for the most part that everyone is using.

I know a lot of people seem to like the Blade hands but, for my money, I prefer the hands from the Sideshow Cobra figures. They're fairly accurate, pop right onto the HT pegs, and...this is the most important part...can usually be found for far less than the aforementioned Hot Toys option.

I guess what I like on the Blades are the texture and also you take photos of the two the Sideshow shows not as dark compared to the leather jacket of the T-800.

Being a Joe customizer, I have tons of those Trooper/CC gloves and they all are the same tent (latest being Firefly). User friendly they are though.

If you can find the Blade gloves and don't mind spending $15.00 or so dollars, that's fine. I'm happy with the G.I. Joe gloves as they only cost me $3.00 and fit right in without any mod.

I use the Albert Wesker ones, they are as inaccurate as the blade ones, but on normal viewing distance you wont notice.

Maybe he can organize a "cyberdyne-set", otherwise I´ll have to hold out ´til the DX.

Had no chance to buy the blade gloves at the moment. So i decided to go with the "French Airborne Bruno" gloves:
