They can release it on the weekend (mk43 1/4 was most recent I can think of that dropped on the weekend). There are no rules as to when a figure can be released. Or pattern as some have claimed to figure out.

Well...I cancelled mine a couple of weeks back. It was seeing that new one at Toy Seoul. It's SOOOO much better looking! That and I was having a hard time paying on 3 different hot toys(this one and luke and leia from star wars) and buying Christmas presents for family AND paying monthly bills all at once. It was too much, something had a to give. Who knows? If I had seen "jedi luke" at toy seoul, farmboy might've been cancelled too. Hopefully some of those civil war figures go up for preorder soon so I can have an idea what i'm getting this year.

I prefer this version of Scarlet Witch, because it's her first appearance in the big screen, and there's more character showing on her gypsy-ish costume.
