Maybe they used that other actress who was in the final scene, for the movie poster.

Yeah, I just saw this on Facebook too, but it's a terrible comparison. The poster is so overly Photoshopped it's insane. The poster reads less Liz Olsen to me than the figure!

The "real" pic on the right is so photoshopped that it doesn't even look like the actress. The figure looks good.

I'm not a fan of that poster either. However, she's pretty gorgeous here...

I don't have a horse in this race, but this is not a very good comparison pic. Hot Toys vs. heavily photoshopped promo pic that doesn't really look like the actress in the movie. There's some shots posted earlier in the thread from the ACTUAL MOVIE that the figure matches a lot better (but still a little off, but let's be fair at least):

I don't have a horse in this race, but this is not a very good comparison pic. Hot Toys vs. heavily photoshopped promo pic that doesn't really look like the actress in the movie. There's some shots posted earlier in the thread from the ACTUAL MOVIE that the figure matches a lot better (but still a little off, but let's be fair at least):

Hawkeye's stringless bow makes me laugh.

i love it so far, cant wait to see photos of her from conventions, etc.

anybody know if she is indeed mms 298? i couldnt see specs on facebook.

i am guessing quicksilver is 299.

I think this is another part of it...Hawkeye looked kinda bad in the promotional pictures they chose...when the Secret Base photos of him came out, it looked excellent! I pre-ordered almost instantly after I saw those. Without the special lighting and Photoshop, we'll really get to see what she looks like in a day or so!

I think the likeness looks pretty damn great myself. The only thing I'm not really crazy about are the pinkish translucent hands. I get what they were going for with the energy effect and all, but ultimately I just don't think it really works that well (and that the separate sculpted pieces were all the figure really needed to sell the effect).

So now we need Pietro...and then last is Thor, right? My god, I hope someone can photoshop all these guys together when we're all done with the reveals. And I also can't wait to see the customs of the newer costume.

I actually like in the film. That whole 90's goth/creepy look... thing...works for her.

Hawkeye's stringless bow makes me laugh.

Even the bow strings and arrows are cgi? That's just wrong.
